Our products are primarily manufactured from high-quality ABS plastic. Compared to fiberglass (FRP – Fiber Reinforced Plastic) or metal, ABS offers a wide range of advantages.
Advantages of ABS Plastic:
- Excellent fit and precise dimensions thanks to high-precision manufacturing.
- More impact- and crack-resistant than fiberglass under normal riding conditions.
- Greater flexibility, helping to reduce stress and minimize the risk of cracking.
- Lightweight while maintaining outstanding strength and durability.
- Available in a paint-ready finish or pre-finished in Gloss Black (VIVID Black).
- Smooth, high-quality surface requiring minimal preparation before installation or painting.
Fiberglass (FRP – Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is also lightweight and durable, but it often requires additional preparation, such as sanding, trimming, or fitting before installation or painting.
Metal offers exceptional strength, but it is considerably heavier and can permanently deform when subjected to strong impacts.
Another key advantage: To the best of our current knowledge, we are the only manufacturer on the market producing these products from premium ABS plastic. Many comparable products from other manufacturers are made from fiberglass or metal. This gives you the ideal combination of precise fitment, durability, lightweight construction, and a premium surface finish.
No. All materials required for installation are included with the product. Depending on the item, this may include brackets, screws, mounting hardware, and, where applicable, TÜV stickers.
You only need the appropriate tools to complete the installation. The required tools are listed in the corresponding installation instructions.

Please note: A TÜV certificate is not available for every product. Before purchasing, please check the product description to see whether the item includes a TÜV certificate or is TÜV-approved for your motorcycle.
Products in perfect condition are brand new and free from any cosmetic defects.
B-Grade products have cosmetic imperfections only, such as minor scratches that may have occurred during packaging, shipping, or a previous return. These imperfections do not affect the product's functionality or performance.
As this is a B-Grade item, it is offered at a 30% discount. Please note that B-Grade products are excluded from returns and exchanges.
Many of our ABS plastic parts are available in two versions: Paint-Ready and Gloss Black.
Paint-Ready means the surface has already been optimally prepared for painting. The part features a matte, pre-sanded finish, so little to no additional preparation is typically required before applying paint.
Gloss Black matches Harley-Davidson® VIVID Black, the original factory black color. Thanks to our manufacturing process, the part is produced with this high-gloss finish and does not require painting.
To protect the surface, the Gloss Black version is covered with a protective film. We recommend leaving this film in place until the part has been fully installed to help prevent scratches or damage during installation.

We ship our products worldwide. The available shipping options and shipping costs are automatically displayed and calculated for your delivery country during the checkout process.
You may cancel your order and return it to us within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
If the withdrawal period has already expired, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to review your case and see whether a return is still possible.
Please note:B-Grade products and custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
